As we all know (or should know) social media is a powerful tool in growing your customer base. You should also be using it to expand your brand loyalty. Airtable

Ahh, Airtable. Definitely one of our favorites. This program is invaluable when it comes to organization. It gives you the ability to set bases for each client or possibly a product. Within that base, you can set tabs to organize inventory, pricing, services, and anything else you can think of. We use it to keep our social media organized. Each client has a base and inside the base, we have tabs for each month for social media. We also have tabs for blog ideas and blog schedules if the client has a blog program. This tool really is second to none when it comes to keeping your files organized.

Canva

Every site needs graphics and for great graphics designing, we use Canva. This is a fun and easy tool to create custom graphics or edit photos for your website. You can create a specialized graphic by adding different layers to take a standard image into something amazing. We use Canva to create the stunning graphic images on our social media posts like on our Facebook page. What’s cool is that you can try Canva out for 30 days and then it’s just a small monthly fee. We highly recommend this program and it’s easy enough for a novice to use.

Hootsuite

We know you don’t always have time to sit and schedule your posts day by day every day. Really neither do we. So we use a program called Hootsuite. This is a great way to schedule out a month’s worth of posts at once. The best part is that you can send out your posts on all of your channels from one place. No more of that signing in and pasting in all your posts one platform at a time. We use this to save a bunch of time and to keep our client’s social media posting and rocking out like it should.

Feed Them Social

This next program deals more with social media and your website. We use the Feed Them Social plugin to bring your social media to your website. What this does is it sets up a live feed of your media channels. You can set it up to show your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and your Pinterest right on your website. This helps because they don’t have to leave your site, giving your site a better bounce rate. Plus it will encourage them to post and like your page right then and there. This is a tool we pass onto our customers to really help build their social media followings.

Social media can be time-consuming if you let it. But by using these simple but amazing tools, you can handle it just like us, like a rockstar. Of course, these aren’t all the tools that we have in our toolbox. We have to keep some to ourselves. But really, these tools can help you save time and frustration when trying to keep up with your postings by yourself.
