Yes! We would hate to see you go, but no hard feelings! We understand sometimes financially you have to reevaluate your budget and make hard decisions based on what is best for you and your business. At anytime you would like to resume let us know and we can pick right up where we left off.
For our Platinum members, yes! Platinum members receive 240 minutes each month. Their time rolls up to one (1) year. For our Silver (30 min/mth) and Gold (60 min/mth), members support time renews each month.

Occasionally, the request will be outside the realms of our monthly task support. If you submit a support request that exceeds your monthly support we will typically send a notice that this will exceed your time allotted along with a request to bill at our current RDD hourly rate. When that occurs, we will send a project quote for you to approve before we begin.
That’s a great question! Your support time can be used for minor design tweaks, text changes, adding new content, uploading photos, and bug fixes (among other routine items).
Please be aware that new features, major changes, graphic design, copywriting, and requests not directly related to your website are not covered Support Tasks. These are typically handled as a new/separate project.

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.
First, we like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation, we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
