Meet Our Founder
Meet Jennifer Sakowski: The powerhouse behind Raney Day Design.
Jen’s digital marketing journey started when a friend asked, “How do people find my business online?” That question sparked the creation of Raney Day Design. Back then, Jennifer was working for a nonprofit, bridging the gap between an old-school board and the tech-savvy high school crowd.
When the organization hired a local web company to revamp their site, she realized, I could do that better! And she did - turning her passion into a thriving digital marketing empire. Now, she’s helping businesses build brands, reach goals, and lead the digital game.
As the CEO of RDD, she leads with purpose and passion. But that’s not all - Jen also coaches entrepreneurs at Agency Mavericks, helping them skyrocket to success.
When she's not guiding business owners to greatness, she’s serving on the board of Game Changer Sports Ministry, making a real impact in the community.
Connecting business owners is also a passion, as she serves as president of the Circle of Gold chapter of Business Network International.
Jen is a true force in business strategy, always ready to take on the next challenge.
When she’s not in boss-mode, you’ll find her cheering on her family: husband Brian, son Luke, and daughter Evelyn - because at the end of the day, family comes first! That’s also why she serves as vice president for the PTO and a volunteer coach for various youth sports teams.

Operations Business Manager

Fun Fact: Leah loves everything about leaves – looking at them, feeling and smelling them, and watching them change color.

When Leah’s not keeping RDD running like a well-oiled machine, you can find her at Park or Westmount Recreation Center, where she enjoys the skating rink in the winter and the pool during the summer.

SEO Specialist

Fun Fact: I thoroughly enjoy delving into the diverse stories on Wattpad, exploring the imaginative narratives that this platform offers. Additionally, I find joy in expressing my creativity through painting, particularly using paint-by-number kits.

As an introvert, most often you can find Shiela seeking solace in the comfort of her room when she’s not decoding internet algorithms and keywords.
