Editing a Published Post

It happens to all of us. You’re hurriedly typing up a blog post trying to reach a deadline so you don’t let your readers down. Maybe you give it a quick once over and then hit publish. Later you notice it — a glaring typo. Ugh!  

What’s a detail-oriented business owner to do? Are you doomed to an eternity of cyber-embarrassment?

Or maybe a day or so after you publish our blog, you come up with a great opening paragraph that’s sure to keep visitors reading more. Have you missed your chance to grow your tribe?

1. Hover over (or click on) ‘Posts’ from your WordPress Dashboard and then click on ‘All Posts’.

2. Once you find the post that you want to edit, hover over it and click ‘Edit’.

3. You will taken to the ‘Edit Post’ page. This page looks and works just like the ‘Add New Post’ page when you originally created your blog post. 

4. Once you are finished making your edits, click the blue ‘Update’ button.
